Choosing A Plan for Your Needs

• Ritz-Craft offers an extensive variety of floor plans to meet your needs and preferences.

• Once you have selected your home: a Building Contract and Permit will be signed and filed.

 

Additional Items to Consider

• Delivery and Crane for home.

• Finishing the exterior and interior of your home which includes:

  • Finishing the exterior siding

  • Additional grading that needs to be done

  • Decking

  • Electrical

  • Heating and Air Conditioning

  • Plumbing
